Cricket at Ormeau

The North of Ireland Club Cricket Club was founded in 1859 and played cricket at Ormeau from 1866 until 2001. During this period the members at Ormeau played host to many famous Clubs and cricketers. Ormeau was from the start one of the premier cricketing venues in Ireland and remained so until 2001 when it hosted the Australian tourists.
