3rd XI v Waringstown - Stormont, League

September
August
Mon 30 5ths end season with win

The 5th XI gave themselves the possibility of promotion (possible League reconstruction not withstanding), with a fine win over Holywood 3rds at Sullivan Upper yesterday. Lynne McClurg top scored, whilst there were good bowling performances from Mike Smyth and Conor Ross.

With thirty-two points from our completed fourteen match programme we have slipped into second place and only Holywood can overtake us. To do so they'll need to win their last three games. If the sides finish level on points, last season's placings are taken into account. In 2009, CSNI played in a higher League than Holywood.

Full report to follow . . . . .
